In the charity's own words

We empower women and girls from every background to get active, and stay active, for life. We listen to girls directly to identify the barriers they face in physical activity participation. Our focus is empowering girls aged 10-18 to try new activities. We do not operate an open grants programme, but fund strategic partners working in UK schools and communities to achieve our mission.
