CheckMyDonation does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your watchlist and colour theme are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser) for up to 30 days to keep the service secure and working, then deletes them. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which processes it under its own privacy policy.

Charity records show organisation details published by the regulators. We show only the town and postcode district of a charity's contact address and never trustees' personal addresses. To ask about data concerning you, email [email protected].
