In the charity's own words

We promote cycling as a form of active travel through bicycle repair and maintenance workshops, learning to ride guidance, ride out sessions and open days. We focus on confidence building and raising skills levels particularly for isolated and disadvantaged groups and individuals. We run adapted and community cycling programmes to remove barriers to participation in cycling as a sport.
